For a lot of people, our week days are spent going to work, running random errands that usually end up taking way longer than expected to complete while still trying to make it home in time to enjoy our down time before it’s time to sleep and start the next day.  With all these responsibilities, we may forget to keep ourselves energized by eating right, let alone drinking the encouraged “8” glasses of water a day.  Head over to Foodie Fitness and check out my article about how to stay hydrated without necessarily drinking water!
